and make them a customer for life. We believe while being in a small town like Byron
you only can go around once, so you better treat the customer right, else you won't be around!

Vehicles
EVERY one of our vehicles are looked at and have a 30 point inspection
at our Own Service Center. We check the oil,
fluids, brakes, tie-rod ends, tires, etc. If
the Vehicle needs something, it gets it. It's
that simple. When the customer buys a vehicle from us, we want to let the customer
know that they don't have to
spend more money right after they purchase one of our vehicles. We fix the things that are wrong before we put them onto our lot, unlike the other dealerships that have an inspection list as
well. The only thing that they don't tell you is they don't fix the things that need fixing! They only fix the things that need fixing
to make the car driveable. We try to only buy
cars that have not been smoked in, wrecked, or been painted on. We strive
to purchase vehicles that have had a good home and were treated right.
We like one-owners as well.
Price
EVERY vehicle is under N.A.D.A. book
price; we don't play games with customers. In other bigger dealerships, the
salesmen mark the price higher than what the vehicle is worth,
then "pretend" to give you a better price for your trade- in. The customer thinks
they are getting a good deal because the dealer is giving them alot for their
trade in, but in reality, the dealer can do this because, in most cases, their
car is higher than what the N.A.D.A. book says it's worth. And in the End you
are Still Paying to Much. When interested in a vehicle, we give you the final price and
that's the best we can do. We don't call you at home and try to make the deal sweeter. We refuse to
play their little games. In 30 years, nobody can come back and say that they paid to much for a
vehicle that they bought here!
